Here's a list of what's included in a standard residential cleaning:

All Areas (Bedrooms, Living Room, Hallways, Entryways)

  • Empty trash bins and replace liners

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Dust all surfaces (tables, shelves, furniture, baseboards, window sills)

  • Wipe down light switches and door handles

  • Clean window ledges

  • Dust and wipe doors

Kitchen

  • Wipe down fridge (exterior)

  • Clean countertops and backsplash

  • Wipe down appliances (exterior)

  • Clean and sanitize sink

  • Clean stove (top and exterior)

  • Clean stainless steel surfaces

  • Wipe down oven (exterior)

  • Clean inside microwave

Bathrooms

  • Clean countertops and sink

  • Scrub toilets inside and out

  • Rinse and wipe down tub and shower

  • Scrub tub/shower to remove soap scum

  • Buff mirrors and chrome fixtures

  • Wipe down cabinets (exterior)

Bedrooms

  • Quick de-clutter (light tidying)

  • Make beds

  • Dust all surfaces 

  • Wipe down tables and furniture

  • Change sheets (upon request)
